The most easy steps working with
Kessko Cream Fonds/Mousse
to make a Cake or Dessert

All what you need:
Kessko Sheetpan Extender Kessko Sponge Cake
Kessko Cream Fond/Mousse Mix Whipped Cream

Place one Layer of Sponge cake in the sheet pan extender |
| Mix the Kessko Cream Fond/Mousse Mix with Liquid/Water (luke warm) until you reached a smooth consistency |

Slowly fold the whipped cream under the cream fond/mousse mix.
Note: Do not overwhip the cream and use unsweetend cream
|

 |
Place the ready Mousse mix on the sponge |
 |
Fill the form completely and spread mousse mix even on sponge cake
place in refrigerator
|

Decorate as needed:
- jelly mirror
- whipped cream rosette
- as you like
|
 |
Take out of the form/sheetpan extender and cut as you need |
 |
